CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER
Sonya joined the Shield Wealth team in 2019, bringing with her a diverse customer service and administrative background. Having re-joined the workforce after a small hiatus, she is keen to show the Shield team, and their clients, how she can not only assist but enhance administrative workflows, office dynamics and client relations.
Sonya’s zeal in the office is only overshadowed by her bubbly and warming personality. The dynamic she brings is a paradigm shift in customer focussed authenticity. As a new or returning client, there is a good chance she will be your first interaction with Shield.
Sonya is married and has two very spirited boys. She and the family have had the opportunity to live in many parts of Australia, but this is the third opportunity to live in Canberra. Each new place has helped to expand her interactive repertoire.
In Sonya’s very little spare time, she enjoys country music, and Make up Artistry.
